General Assembly of Partners (May 2023)

The General Assembly of the Citizen Science Network for the Amazon, held virtually, was attended by 17 out of the 30 affiliated organizations of the network. The remaining organizations and 8 individuals did not participate in the meeting. The Assembly approved the Report of the Steering Committee for the period from July 2022 to April 2023, the amendments to the Network's Statutes to establish the Amazon Waters Alliance, modifications to the Manifest, temporal decisions for the transition to the Amazon Waters Alliance, and the Strategic Plan for Amazon Waters.

The current member organizations of the Network automatically become member organizations of the Amazon Waters Alliance. Additionally, the Technical Secretariat will follow up with each organization to confirm their willingness and commitment to participate effectively in the Alliance.

The Interim Steering Commitee is formed until the next Assembly by:
